Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing errors, or cannot be fulfilled — with a full refund of any amount paid.
All prices are in RON (lei) and include VAT. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay). We never see or store your full card number.
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.
You have a 14-day right of return for physical products, and orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. All products carry the EU 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
E-books and other digital downloads are delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right is lost once the download begins.
We take care to present products accurately; images are illustrative and minor variations in color or packaging may occur. Our products are not a substitute for parental supervision — always follow the age and safety guidance on each product.
All content on this site (text, images, e-books, branding) belongs to Mini & Me or its licensors. E-books are for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law.
If you have a complaint, contact us first — a real person answers. You may also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority ANPC or use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Mandatory EU consumer protections always apply.
