Orders placed before 15:00 (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day; all other orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Digital products (e-books) are delivered instantly by email after checkout.

Free shipping in Romania on orders over 250 lei. Below that, a flat rate of 20 RON applies. International shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available), so you can follow it to your door.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rate.
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email us within 48 hours and we will sort it out with the courier — replacement or refund, your choice.
